Preserve Fall Festival took place on Saturday October 25, 2008
in Ryan Homes’ new decorated single-family and townhome
models at The Preserve at Piscataway in Accokeek, Maryland.
Co-sponsored by Greenvest L.C., developer of The Preserve, the
Fall Festival drew visitors from neighboring towns of Fort Washington
and Clinton, as well as Largo and Upper Marlboro, Maryland and
Alexandria, Virginia.

Greenvest L.C. - Stone
Ridge 5K Race for Education

VA: Greenvest L.C. was a Titanium Level Sponsor for the Stone
Ridge 5K Race for Education. Many Greenvest employees, family
members and friends participated in the race with the main focus
of sponsoring Pinebrook Elementary. Greenvest L.C. and Pinebrook
have been Partners in Education since Pinebrook opened three
years ago. All of the proceeds from the race are dispersed among
the Dulles South Loudoun County Schools.

new running track at pinebrook elementary ribbon cutting ceremony

VA: Pinebrook Elementary kicked off their new running track
on Tuesday, September 16th with a ribbon cutting ceremony. The
running track has been a vision for Dawn Haddock, Principal
of Pinebrook Elementary since the school's opening in 2005.
Through various fund raising efforts and the efforts and donation
from Greenvest L.C. Partners in Education with Pinebrook, the
vision became a reality. Mark Riddle, Project Manager for Greenvest
L.C. and Angel Campbell, President of the PTA cut the ribbon
for the new track. Pinebrook is very excited about their new
track and the school's running club will utilize the track daily
collecting points for every mile they run.

MD – On Saturday, June 28, 2008, a Grand Opening Barbeque
event was held at The Preserve at Piscataway. Sponsored by Greenvest
L.C., developer of The Preserve, K. Hovnanian Homes, and Ryan
Homes, the Grand Opening was attended by many Preserve residents
as well as prospective future homeowners.

Always active with community
support and involvement, Greenvest at Huntfield donates to the
Charles Town/Ranson Little League.
Greenvest L.C. donates and volunteers at Pinebrook Elementary
Staff Basketball Game

Greenvest L.C., corporate sponsor to Pinebrook Elementary School,
sponsored their most famous Staff Basketball Game. Greenvest
not only sponsored the event in donations but also staffed the
event with employees so the PTA, students, teachers and parents
could enjoy the game. It was a fun evening and the school raised
several thousand dollars towards their track.

to Multi-Cultural Night at Pinebrook Elementary School

Greenvest L.C. continues to support Pinebrook Elementary School
– this time with a silent auction at their Multi-Cultural
Night. Greenvest donated several large international baskets
featuring various food and home goods as well as gift certificates
to local restaurants and movie theaters. Also winning bids in
the auction was an opportunity to Name Your Own Street in the
community. As a result of this event, money was raised for the
school.
