GREENVEST TO DONATE ACREAGE TO GEORGE MASON UNIVERSITY FOR LOUDOUN CAMPUS

VIENNA , VA--    Greenvest L.C. and George Mason University will hold a news conference at 11:30 this morning (September 6, 2005) at the Loudoun County Government Center ( 1 Harrison Street, S.E. , Leesburg , Va. ) in the Board of Supervisors’ room to announce Greenvest’s gift of 123 acres to the university.    The parcel is located in the Dulles South area to the north of Route 50 close to the proposed relocation of Route 659.

“We think this is the perfect place for a university in Loudoun,” states Greenvest CEO Jim Duszynski, “and we’re happy to partner with George Mason University in helping to bring a major higher education institution to Loudoun County ”.

The University will work closely with Greenvest to insure that the architecture and campus are in keeping with Greenvest’s high quality communities.

Over the past year, Greenvest has been also been widely recognized for its volunteer work in communities including work with the Babe Ruth World Series and a renovation project at Good Shepherd Alliance’s Hebron House where Greenvest closed its offices for the day so that all employees could work on this worthwhile volunteer project.  Greenvest received an award from the County, “Outstanding Corporate Youth Project,” for their work on the Babe Ruth World Series.
