Community Celebrates Ten Years

On Saturday May 15, 2003,
the Cascades Community celebrated its Tenth Anniversary at the
Lowes Island Recreation Center. Over 1,000 residents participated
in the community-wide event with food, prizes, games, vendors
and entertainment.
The day-long event was sponsored
by Greenvest L.C., the developer of this 6,000-unit area of
Loudoun County. Cascades consists of single-family detached
and attached homes, condos, and retail space and continues to
be one of the most well-known and sought-after properties in
Loudoun County.

L.C. Donates to Jefferson County United Way
2003
Greenvest L.C., Developer of Huntfield, made a donation to the
United Way of Jefferson County, with portions earmarked for
Sherry Sheridan’s Children Center.
