Cascades Community Celebrates Ten Years
May 15, 2003

On Saturday May 15, 2003, the Cascades Community celebrated its Tenth Anniversary at the Lowes Island Recreation Center. Over 1,000 residents participated in the community-wide event with food, prizes, games, vendors and entertainment.

The day-long event was sponsored by Greenvest L.C., the developer of this 6,000-unit area of Loudoun County. Cascades consists of single-family detached and attached homes, condos, and retail space and continues to be one of the most well-known and sought-after properties in Loudoun County.

"Greenvest L.C. is pledged to the letter and spirit of U.S. policy for the achievement of equal housing opportunity throughout the Nation. We encourage and support an affirmative advertising and marketing program in which there are no barriers to obtaining housing because of race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status, or national origin.”
