Greenvest L.C. hosts Welcome Back Breakfast for Pinebrook Elementary
September 2007
As the new school year arrives, Greenvest L.C. once again sponsored
a Welcome Back Staff Breakfast for all teachers and staff members
of Pinebrook Elementary School. The catered breakfast was followed
by a presentation of goody bags for the teachers. Lunch bags,
pencils, markers, and other goodies were donated by Greenvest
L.C.
For the students, Greenvest gave school planners to keep them
organized throughout the school year.
Greenvest will continue to support the teachers and students
of Pinebrook Elementary School throughout the year.
Developer to Provide Access Road to Washington High School
2008
Greenvest L.C. has agreed to fund a temporary access road leading
from Augustine Avenue into Washington High School. The access
road will allow buses to enter the high school from the front.
Construction will begin in early spring so that the access road
is completed by the opening of the 2008 school year.

Festival

On Saturday October 27th,
Greenvest held a Fall Festival on the Village Green of their
Huntfield community in Charles Town, WV. The event was attended
by Huntfield homeowners and guests as well as prospective Huntfield
homebuyers.
Lit 97.5 broadcast live from
the festival, playing great music and inviting the public to
join the festivities from 1-4 pm. Cupcakes, caramel corn, apples
and apple cider fed the crowds while a pumpkin patch, complete
with hay bales and scarecrow, entertained the children. Also
present was the Jefferson County volunteer firefighters.
Throughout the day, the festival
attendees were encouraged to visit the three beautifully decorated
model homes in Huntfield for their chance to win gift cards.
“We are thrilled with
the turnout for our Fall Festival and we are glad that Greenvest
could contribute to such a wonderful event for Jefferson County,”
said Christina Sanders, Vice President of Sales and Marketing

Boy Scouts Honor Peter
Dougherty
2007
Greenvest L.C., Developer of Huntfield, was an Honorary Star
Scout at a Distinguished Citizen Award dinner hosted by the
Shenandoah Area Council of Boy Scouts. The dinner honored Peter
H. Dougherty, President of the Jefferson County Board of Education.
Kiwanis Work to Bring Christmas to
All
2007
Greenvest L.C. donates to the Charles Town Kiwanis Club to help
with stocking shelves for their 2007 Santa’s Toy Shop.
The project allows families who are less fortunate to shop for
toys for their children, ages 0 to 16. It is expected that the
program will serve approximately 748 families.
