Huntfield In Historic Charles Town Named Development Of The Year

Huntfield won the state's Residential Development of the Year designation at the recent 2003 Best in West Virginia Building Awards sponsored by the Home Builders Association of West Virginia.

The community, located in historic Charles Town, took top honors from the Eastern Panhandle Homebuilders Association before going on to win at the state level.

The regional Home Builders Association also awarded Huntfield's Juniper Hill model first place in its category in the Best in West Virginia awards and second place in its recent Builder's Showcase of Homes. "Huntfield is the new American small town," said Christina Sanders, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Greenvest L.C., developer of Huntfield. "We are honored to be recognized for our vision, quality and value."
